Photos, videos, and AI processing
The apps process photos, prompts, and other media you voluntarily select to create the requested image or video. This content is transmitted securely to processing infrastructure and is used to provide the requested result.
We retain source media and generated output only as needed to process, deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the requested feature, after which it is deleted or de-identified according to our operational retention schedule. We do not use private uploads to identify individuals.
Device permissions
Camera or photo-library access is requested only when needed for a feature and after your device presents a permission prompt. You can change these permissions at any time in device settings.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, technical and device information required to operate the app, purchase or subscription status supplied by the relevant app store, and aggregated usage or diagnostics data.
We do not directly collect or store your complete payment card information. Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or another authorized payment provider under their own terms and privacy practices.
How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain the product, process requested features, improve performance and reliability, respond to support requests, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosure
We use infrastructure, analytics, customer-support and payment providers where they are needed to run the product. They may process limited information on our behalf under contractual data-protection obligations.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our rights, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a portable copy of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Children’s privacy
Our products are not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization.
International transfers
Our services and providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
