VPN traffic and no-logs principle
iLove VPN is designed not to log the content of your internet traffic, DNS queries, browsing history, or the destination websites you visit while connected. We do not build browsing profiles or sell browsing activity.
To keep the service reliable and prevent abuse, we may process minimal operational data such as app version, device type, connection success, server load, crash diagnostics, and aggregate bandwidth. This data is not intended to identify the content of your activity.
Account and connection information
Where an account or subscription is used, we may receive an account identifier, email address, subscription status, and limited connection timestamps needed for authentication, support, fraud prevention, or service limits. Store billing is handled by Apple or Google.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, technical and device information required to operate the app, purchase or subscription status supplied by the relevant app store, and aggregated usage or diagnostics data.
We do not directly collect or store your complete payment card information. Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or another authorized payment provider under their own terms and privacy practices.
How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain the product, process requested features, improve performance and reliability, respond to support requests, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosure
We use infrastructure, analytics, customer-support and payment providers where they are needed to run the product. They may process limited information on our behalf under contractual data-protection obligations.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our rights, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
