AI characters and fictional content
Amora’s characters, messages, and stories are generated or presented for entertainment. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate and should not be treated as fact or as medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.
AI characters are not real people and do not have human feelings, awareness, or professional qualifications. You are responsible for evaluating conversations and decisions you make based on them.
Adult eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms to use Amora. You may not use the service to exploit or sexualize minors, create illegal or non-consensual content, harass or threaten others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, manipulate the service, or facilitate unlawful activity.
Conversations and submitted content
You are responsible for messages, prompts, and other content you submit. Do not provide confidential or highly sensitive information, impersonate another person deceptively, or submit material you do not have the right to use. We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms.
Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, accessing, or using the product, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the product. You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your country.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, resell, disrupt, automate abusive access, bypass security, infringe third-party rights, or use the product for unlawful or harmful activity.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases. Prices, billing periods, trials, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the offer shown at purchase and the rules of the applicable app store. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account settings.
Your content
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content only as needed to provide the requested functionality. You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions and that your content does not violate law or another person’s rights.
Our intellectual property
The product, software, design, trademarks, models, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred except for the limited use license expressly granted above.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the product, address security or legal issues, or reflect technical requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer and limitation
The product is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination, law, and contact
We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated or when necessary to protect the product or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
